What are your hours of service?

We provide flexible hours of service and are open six days a week:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm

Sunday: Temporarily Closed *Until further notice we are staying closed on Sundays.

We happily serve our Evergreen Park community as well as surrounding Chicago-land communities such as: Oak Lawn, Beverly, Mt. Greenwood, Merrionette Park, and Alsip.

What medical services does your center offer?

We are well equipped to treat an array of medical conditions that require immediate attention but are not life threatening or severe enough to be cared for in the emergency room. We provide a wide range of diagnostic and screening services as well as treatment of common problems. We also can arrange for Primary Care services in our affiliate office, located in the same building.

What makes your walk-in clinic different?

We are an independent, family owned and operated immediate care center located in Evergreen Park, IL. It is important to us to be respectful and responsive in providing outstanding customer care and service. You will be taken care of by our happy and friendly staff who pride themselves in assisting your needs and making you feel comfortable during your visit.

What types of insurances do you accept?

Our doctor participates with most major insurances including, but not limited to the following:
Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Great-West, Guardian, Humana, Locals, Medicare, NALC Health Benefit, Tricare, Union Coverage, United Healthcare, etc.

How much is a office visit at your facility for the uninsured?
We understand that not everyone is lucky enough to have insurance coverage, therefore, we offer a self pay cash discount to help with the cost of treatment.
